About Me
Nathaniel Sorce combines determination and vision in his dedication to helping clients find their perfect forever home. Nate’s strong work ethic stems from his close-knit, Italian family. His love of Mediterranean architecture—columns, arches, and domes with golden accents— and fashion designers is imbued with a sense of opulence and luxury.
His love for community involvement has not wavered from childhood and carries through to his career in real estate today. In addition to hard work and his appreciation for beauty, Nate possesses an intimate knowledge of the Capital Region.
Nate attended Albany High where he participated in football, track, basketball, and wrestling. As an all-around athlete, Nate proudly achieved his black belt in karate when he was ten years old and earned the prestigious title of National Champion multiple years; he participated in open-hand, weapons, and combat competitions, specializing in sais for short weapons and bo staff for long weapons.
Nate’s passion for karate translated to his work for the Albany County Recreation Department, focusing on the karate program and helping children and the community grow. Following a move to North Greenbush in 2017, Nate earned his real estate license in 2020 during the pandemic.
However, before diving headfirst into real estate, Nate worked for FMI Masonry, owned and operated by the Fazio Family for over 30 years. They recommended Nate to Colin McDonald of McDonald Real Estate in Troy, NY, and it was a natural fit.
When Nate isn’t helping clients find that perfect home, he enjoys dressing up and going to dinner with his girlfriend, Mariah Fazio, at great Italian restaurants. He cheers for the Buffalo Bills and the Florida Gators and loves spending time with his dog, Bella, a lab and blue healer mix rescued from North Carolina. His extensive knowledge of Albany, Troy, North Greenbush, Saratoga, and beyond is a gift to his clients. His excitement and commitment are tantamount.
