Born and raised in Guilderland, NY, Mariah Fazio’s love of fashion and design began in childhood—she’d spend hours selecting curtains and blending colors, patterns, and textures to craft inviting spaces. As a REALTOR®, she channels that creative eye into helping clients transform houses into dream homes.

A May 2023 Siena College graduate with a degree in Business Entrepreneurship Management, Mariah comes from a family steeped in construction. For 30 years, FMI Masonry has built homes across Upstate New York, and Mariah’s firsthand experience in their office—writing estimates and managing administrative operations—gives her clients a strategic edge.

Inspired by watching homes rise from foundation to finish, Mariah launched her real estate career in 2024 alongside her boyfriend, Nate Sorce, at McDonald Real Estate in Troy. Their partnership perfectly balances Nate’s business and technical acumen with Mariah’s meticulous attention to detail, leadership skills, and keen market insight.

Outside of real estate, Mariah is an entrepreneur at heart: she founded Mariah Nicole LLC, a high‑end jewelry boutique, during her senior year. You’ll also find her baking comfort foods like chicken marsala, curling up with a fantasy novel or romantic comedy, and spoiling their five‑year‑old miniature pinscher, Bentley.
